ZL type silos are manufactured in a wide range of capacities and they are made of high quality galvanized sheets, which can be also acid resistant as an option.
They provide full automation of technological processes, i.e. reception, cleaning, drying, storing, mixing and forwarding of grain, feed and grain products (without the requirement of manual labour). They are available with hoppers with various inclination angles: 40° – 60°.
They can optionally be equipped with ventilation, temperature measurement and material level measurement systems. They also allow for the installation of an overpass, mounted to the cylindrical part of the tank.
Advantages of silos with hoppers:
- They meet the restrictive HACCP standards for consumption grain storage facilities.
- They provide additional drying and ventilation of grain in the silo.
- It is possible to transfer the material between tanks.
- Parameters of grain inside the silo can be controlled.
- Technological processes are fully automated.
- The stored grain can be cleaned and dried again.
- Grain can be quickly loaded onto transport vehicles
