SU Type

SU type drying units are used for small farms and large grain elevators. They can operate in continuous and interval modes. Their universal design makes them suitable for drying rape, consumption and feed grain, corn, buckwheat, malting barley, seeds, legumes and sunflower

Thanks to the modular structure of the dryer column it can be expanded. The system of grain flowing through two transfer columns ensures that the drying is even. The hot air chamber (middle) is located in the centre of the column, between transfer section. This minimises heat losses and ensures optimal flow of the air stream through the dried grain. The collection system is equipped with double performance regulation (mechanical and electronic). It optimises the operation of the unit by taking into account the type of dried grain, moisture content, temperature of the drying medium and the purpose of the grain.

Heating oven – the heat exchanger made of high quality acid and heat resistant steel ensures the isolation of flue gases from the drying air (grain has no contact with fuel combustion products). This ensures that EU and HACCP standards for consumption materials are met.

Control cabinet – Modern, PLC-controlled power cabinets made by AGREMO ensure accurate and optimal operation of the drying unit and auxiliary systems. The input operation parameters are continuously monitored by the system which ensures their stability and operational safety.

Optional:
– oven fired with biomass (e.g. straw)
– natural gas or LPG (propane) burner
– air collector insulation
– expanding the cabinet for the purposes of being controlled by other devices
– devices for charging and collecting the materials from the drying unit
– buffer tanks for wet grain
